Following on from a successful solo exhibition of Nic's work in Spring , the Sladmore Gallery are returning with figurative, animalier and abstract highlights from both their modern and contemporary sculpture departments. This will also include a selection of new pieces by Fiddian Green. We are delighted to announce that Nic is the feature for the April , 'Artist in their Studios' series in House and Garden Magazine.

Throughout his career, Nic has experimented with different materials to realise his work. Whilst most well-known for his large-scale bronzes, since lockdown, he has returned to the medium of carving semi-precious materials. The individuality of these stones such as Jade, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Quartz and Obsidian creates a sense of fragility and originality that works to compliment the intimate sense of peace evoked through his work.

The sculpture of Nic Fiddian Green is at once deeply traditional and startlingly modern.
